How to install phpBolt on cpanel?

Hello, I want to install phpBolt on cpanel? Pelase help me with this. Thanks.

  Hello, cPanel doesn't provide support for 3rd party products and as such, I am unsure why their site indicates that you should contact the cPanel forums for instructions on how to use their software. As far as I know, the easiest way to install phpbolt is through softaculous. Otherwise, it'd be a manual installation. You may want to contact them directly for instructions using their product.

  Sir Softaculous is not working Working Properly so I ran some commands of reinstall and install but after that I face a error while opening Softaculous apps installer in CPanel, it shows " Incorrect binary permission Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel. ". So I searched on Google about this, I found some article which are saying " run this command - chown root:root /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft chmod 4555 /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft " but when I run .chown root:root I see this error in terminal " chown : missing operand after 'root:root' Try 'chown --help' for more information. and when I run /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft then I see this error in terminal - " Softaculous Computer Binary : Invalid Command ". Please anyone tell me how to fix all this.
