License update fails: more than one base package
How can I fix this by command line?
"License is using more than one base package."
... due to 2 licenses? Can I remove one myself by command line ?
Looking for a QUICK solution because of course, all client logins are blocked, including email..
Verify shows our own license we've been buying in recent months "cpdirect-premier " and our provider license "cPanel Autoscale Cloud (Internal) " both are not expired.

Took days for provider to reply when license was left to expire; I've not hopes they will answer me today. cPanel license support also never replied to me at all when I asked at that same time if my provider was still a proper partner.

I'm not sure why cPanel support wouldn't have responded to you but there's no way for you to resolve this issue without contacting the provider. They need to resolve the issue with the license through their interface. 0 -
I have tickets into both the provider and cpanel... It's kind of illogical to disrupt services when you've essentially paid twice :( 0 -
Hey I see an option in cpanel store that i can CANCEL *our* license. DO you know if that takes effect immediately and will resolve my problem ? 0 -
I'm not comfortable providing you an answer to that without you having discussed the issue with customer service. 0
