cPanel/whm service status pending services

Hi, I found some pending services in the whm Service Status page. So searched on the internet nothing helped. So I decided to reboot. But after the reboot the services (exim and httpd) remain pending. Please give me a solution. I have attached the screenshot. I want the services up and running

    What if anything is output when you run the following: /scripts/restartsrv_httpd --restart --hard

    I am getting above code. More services are pending. I don't understand what is the problem and what the meaning for pending

    It's ok. I checked the each service status using the ssh command. It's working. But the service remain saying pending.

    What is output when you run the following: ls -lah /var/cpanel/users/
    ls -lah /var/cpanel/users/system/
    df -kh
    And is anything of note in /var/log/chkservd.log
