    I think this is something that's best investigated by our analysts. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!

    Hi Lauren Thanks for your response, I have tried to create the support request but do not have access to the login details for the Cpanel customer account. Do you advise me to create a new one? Regards, Andrew.
