Reset to default

Hi, everyone! An absolute nubie here. Trying to set up a simple portfolio website for myself. Made something, hated it, and wanted to start from scratch. Made a mistake and deleted ALL files in the file manager (nothing in the trash folder and no back-ups either). My question is: How do I reset the CPanel to absolute default? I believe there should be some folders and files which now are missing.

  The easiest way to do this is to delete the account and recreate it.

  I'm new with this cPanel too. I cannot find to delete the account.

  As a website owner - which means you're using shared hosting, you wouldn't have access to delete an account @ticherhaz your hosting provider would do this for you.
