Forgot/reset password link not showing on CPanel login

Can anyone help me reset email password for login? Currently the forgot and reset password link is missing

  This is the result of the WHM>>Server Configuration>>Tweak Settings>>Reset Password for cPanel accounts or Reset Password for Subaccounts being disabled.

  So how do I get back in??

  You'd need to log in as the root user and update the cPanel password for that account. If you don't know that password you'd need to contact your hosting provider to assist you.
