Server Resources reaching limit when multiple users accessing Wordpress Admin

Hi All, We have this issue that when multiple users are trying to login to the Wordpress Admin side, the server's response is so slow and sometimes we're getting an "Internal Server Error". And during those instances, when I checked the server's resources, it had reached its limit. Currently, the website hasn't had many visits so normally, when no one is logging in to the Wordpress, all resources are mostly zero But in this screenshot, 2 user tried to login at the same time and it already consume 100% of the CPU. I don't really know where to start looking. I'm asking for your tips and advice. Thank you very much

  I'd suggest checking the error logs at cPanel>>Metrics>>Errors as well as the PHP error logs which can be enabled by editing the MultiPHP INI editor in the cPanel interface.

  Hi Sir, Upon checking the logs, I see errors mostly "client denied by server configuration". I will try to look more into it
