Is cpanel.mydomain.com listed as covered in either of those certificates you noted?

Ok, I noticed that it's just the proxy subdomains that are doing this cpanel.domain.tld:2096 webmail.domain.tld:2096 but not domain.tld:2096 - I also noticed your server type is NGINX - which NGINX implementation are you using? My thoughts are that the proxy subdomains SSL VirtualHost didn't get updated everywhere it was supposed to to use the new certificate.

Hello thanks for checking. I am using Engintron proxy plugin. I install last month i think. maybe i should look into that.

Engintron isn't a supported plugin - though you can use it. You can definitely check with them. You could also test pretty quickly by disabling it and checking apache - if it's still not working then run the following: /scripts/updateuserdomains /scripts/updateuserdatacache mv /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf{,.bk} /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf /scripts/restartsrv_httpd
    Then checking again.
