cPanel (ZenDesk) support not work

Hello, Looks like there are issues with mysql / mariadb after the latest update. I tried at the same time to create a ticket from WHM and surprise, zendesk does not work (cpanel support, error 500). I tried to create a ticket manually, the same problem does not work. I'm attaching some screenshots.
