Also, please: 1. Add a support KB page for this issue. It will help lots of folks and save time and frustration 2. At this "Email Routing" page you direct people to select the "Auto" option as you note it with "(recommended)", but it did not work for me... better see how you can improve the way it works, so it will fulfil its promise... For example, the text for "auto" states "The system uses the following criteria to detect the email routing settings: Local Mail Exchanger - Lowest numbered mail exchanger points to an IP address on this server." - But in my case, my domain's internet, public, MX records (I have two) - none pointed to my server's only public IP..., so "auto" was not helpful here. The text for the "Local" option is better - "The server will always accept mail for this domain. The system will deliver mail to the local mailbox.", so it can stay. 3. Add in-page test and text, at this "Email Routing" page, regarding the selection folks do - if they choose option X - run tests (like DNS looks up for the MX records) and then show a text to the user like (I am making up stuff here, just follow the general idea) - "You have selected "Local Mail Exchanger" Try to actively assist the user to do the correct selection, don't just show him texts - you are the know-all of this system and have the most experience with it - help us make it run smoothly.

Thanks for the feedback. Looking at the support request all seems to be resolved now but do let us know if you have any further concerns!

Thanks. I know the case is resolved. My concern is that you will apply my UI suggestions.

I can't guarantee that but I can pass the feedback on to the team responsible.

That's all I wished for. Say, is there a forum and/or email address to send to cpanel and product enhancments requests?
