Domains pointing to /var/www/html not to domain root

Hi, I'm newbie in cpanel. I have vps with cpanel from OVH, but I have problem, I thing this is big problem, beceause all domains pointing to /var/wwww/html, but all of them have set directory root as /home/username/. Whet i put - > /home/username/public_html I'm checked httpd.conf And Directory Root is /home/user/public_html What Can I do?

  cPanel automatically creates domains in /home/$user/public_html how did you add the domain? It shouldn't be using /var/www/html as the document root

  I'm adding new user via WHM, and set mydomainname.com as default domain for user.

  I don't know what would cause this other than some form of customization added to the account either by you or your provider. cPanel's native behavior is to create the document root at /home/$user/public_html
  and for the main account there isn't a way to change this behavior.
