Dedicated IP timing out

Hello there. I've added a new IP address in my WHM under " IP Functions " and created a package with Dedicated IP. In order to test it, I've created a user with this package. However, the website keeps timing out. Am I missing something? Should I create a new nameserver for this specified user? Regards;

  How did you obtain and add the IP address? Are you certain it's routed properly and added to the server correctly?

  Hi there, I have the same issue. Did you find a solution? The shared Ip's accounts work normal, but the dedicated IP's not. I'm pointing the local IP's to the public Ip's. What else we have to do? Regards.
