How to get info about user (domains)

I'm looking for a command (API, UAPI) for get data of user, domains owned by user. Thre're any?

  A lot of thanks but I need only domain with mail accounts. All two functions return information about domain and subdomain, but not domains or subdomains with email accounts activate. I like more first command. But a lot of thanks for tip.It would be great if cpanel had a better and more UX system. Best regards
