An error occurred the last time autossl ran

Dear sir, 1 - My domain cpanel.domain.com had "An error occurred the last time autossl ran" when Autossl tried to renew my certificate. DNS DCV: The DNS query to "_cpanel-dcv-test-record.domain.com" for the DCV challenge returned no "TXT" record that matches the value "_cpanel-dcv-test-record=shFfo_OZ7pStwBg7ttEsy4VuxL4LQP9OWgl1QWvekUi1JgzW97WYgFWPJl3dLEP2".; HTTP DCV: The system queried for a temporary file at ", but the web server responded with the following error: 404 (Not Found). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist. How can I fix it ? 2 - My other domains expire in only 11 days but Autossl has not renewed them yet. Is it normal ?
