Looking for more information on how resources would work once I switch from reseller hosting to my own VPS

I currently offer shared hosting services via a reseller hosting and know I wanna move out and offer this services on my own via a VPS and later on scaling it via a Dedicated server.
I am not certain as if this is the correct place to ask this but I have a few questions:
- I was hoping to start with a 2vCPU and 2GB RAM. I just want to know if this would be enough to host around 15 clients at max (that might host a decent WordPress website).
- How could I allocate each cPanel account with 1GB Physical RAM and 2 CPU cores. The reason that I am hoping to do this is because currently my reseller hosting provider has enabled this for each cPanel and thats what I have promised my existing clients. So it'll be unethical to not deliver what was promised once I move to my own VPS server.

You'd be want to look at CloudLinux if you need to limit resources per account and I would advise you to invest a little further in memory on the server even with 15 accounts as 1GB is the bare minimum cPanel suggests for CloudLinux but 2GB is the bare minimum on CentOS cPanel servers. 0 -

Oh nice, so I will be able to do #2 with CloudLinux yeah? Also, do cPanel emails usually go to inbox or do I have to opt-in for a SMTP relay? Regards, M. I. Mohamed0 -
You will indeed but I don't necessarily know what you mean about Opt-In for SMTP relay? You can certainly use an SMTP relay but by default cPanel is set up to be a mailserver as well. 0
