Cannot add a new IPv4 address

Hello, I cannot add a new IPv4 address for my hosting accounts. I want to give dedicated IP for few account. I go to Add a New IP Address, it tells me that it was added, but I do not find that IP into the list and of course it does not show when I want to Change Site's IP Address. If I try to add again the same IP, it tells me: 192.xxx.xxx.xxx is already an active IP.

What can I do to solve this problem ? Thanks in advance...

  [CODE=bash]service ipaliases restart /scripts/upcp --force
  After running the commands in order, try again.

  If @vacancy's suggestion doesn't work then I'd suggest opening a ticket with us, so that we can take a closer look.
