Fatal error while creating database user using mySQL Wizard

This is my first time using CPanel. When I go to the mySQL Wizard to create a database, it lets me create the database but on step 2 when I'm prompted to create a user I always get the same error: A fatal error or timeout ocurred while processing this directive Template::Exception: [TYPE]=[undef] [INFO]=[Mysql::get_privileges_on_database(HASH(0x32205a8)) failed: The request failed.
