Hostname Force SSL

Hi, So my hostname pulls up the /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, but I would like to know if there is a way to force it to load over https? So if someone goes to https://myserver.mydomain.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
