    Though that's not the full command I believe it can be safely assumed that this is quota calculations for the accounts.

    Hello, Could you check the site databases processes and also check the code of the site, this would not be easily fixed unless there is ample amount of monitoring of the processes for mysql php apache and a lot of optimization, also try to check the compatibility of code with php version.
