Last Update time in Download Current Raw Access Logs Not Changing

Hi There, Started in May month, the issue is the Raw Access log activity which should be started at 00:00:00 seconds moved to further 05:00:000 and now at 06:00:00. Can you guys plz tell me, how to get start the log activity beginning of the new day not further in the day. Plz check the image for more understanding on the issue. Thanks.

  All that shows is the last update to the log was at 06:12:21 this is not the last time the log was rotated.

  Ok. is there anyway, how to get the new log started at 00 hrs instead further in the day. My requirement is, I want a new log that should be started at the beginning hours of the day i.e 00:00:00.

  Where are you getting the log start time? Nothing I've seen provides you a time when the log was started. This is a result of the way these are rotated, the logs are updated then added to a .zip file which contains the entire month's log files. The system does this when statistics are processed which is typically every 24 hours. The log file that is stored for the month would contain each day's logs for all hours so I am not understanding the relevance of what you're suggesting.
