user already exists, when restoring

He says that the user already exists, but does not exist in any account Account "nameaccount.net": Account Restore Failed: "Account failure: Failed to create the account: (XID 2gb38q) The domain "nameaccount.netr" already exists in the userdata."

  I would assume that it will come up in a search of userdata. What is the output of the following: grep -ir nameaccount.net /var/cpanel/userdata/

  [root@server ~]# grep -ir domain.net /var/cpanel/userdata/ nothing comes back

  I'd say in that case that while it's present it may be in a different location - feel free to open a ticket so that we can look into the issue further.
