Current CENTOS 7.8 virtuozzo v86.0.21 upgrade to 88.0.5

Currently on CENTOS 7.8 virtuozzo v86.0.21 Have received the notification in WHM "Version "88.0.5" is available." If I run the upgrade, will all the current settings [eg: php, mysl versions being used] be retained and not automatically upgraded to use later versions?
