    I don't think you can recover those, unless they're included in backups if you have backups from that far back, even then I'm not 100% that trash is always included in backups. I would suggest moving forward you educate your user on what the repercussions of putting email in "trash" might be.

    Hello Lauren! Thank you for the answer! We managed to solve the problem by comparing the backup files by size and found the one, where all the Trash folder had client's 2300 needed letters in there. After we created two Outlook profiles (one IMAP and another POP3), using POP3 downloaded all the folders and letters to our computer and after that synced the last snampshot-settings while using IMAP. It was unreasonable work but another educating experience for the future.

    I'm glad you were able to recover the user's messages and I do hope they won't be keeping messages in the trash folder in the future!
