About Backup Additional Destinations
Hello
I would like to use the Backup Configuration > "Additional Destinations" option.
But after set all options in this part and Enable it, it's ok but after click on validate show error: Error: Validation for transport "BACKUPS" failed: Could not upload test file: Can't exec "/": Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/Object.pm line 391.
What is the problem?
thank you

I would guess that when you fill in the "Backup Directory" you added a path starting with "/". Do as the hint says: "Specify the path, relative to the account"s home directory, where the system stores backups. "0 -
Dear quietFinn I take a screen shot from my Additional Destinations for check. Please see it's of? I can connect to FTP Backup with url, user and pass. But I think one item have problem so I can't get backup in this FTP backup. Thank you 0 -
Seems the Destination Type is Custom, change it to FTP or SFTP. SFTP is better if you can use it. 0 -
If you don't have a custom script you shouldn't be using the script section. The / in the custom section implies that there is a script but even then you're not declaring the script name so it wouldn't function even if you were since it needs the absolute path meaning the full path to the script 0 -
I Change Destination Type to FTP and set information of FTP and it working and validating. Thank you for helping me to fix this problem. Have grate time 0
