How to publish Outlook calendar to cpanel webmail calendar?

I am trying to Publish my Outlook calendar (not using Exchange) to my cpanel webmail account. How can I do this? Here is what I have tried: 1. Go into cpanel webmail and click the "Calendars& Contacts" link. 2. Copy the Server URL and the Username. The Server URL looks something like this:
