MySQL database Error cause of cpanel_cp

Dears, we have a problem today, most of user clame that they have a problem with the database when we restart the MySQL it back to work i have check the sevice status i find it up but when i have restart i get this log message

i have searched in google to get more infor about cpanel_cpg & cpanel_cp but i didn't find any information about
