Problem to install cpanel behind proxy

Hi, I am trying to install new Cpanel behind company proxy (on RHEL7 OS) and I am getting an error: [CODE=bash][2020-06-07 10:16:26 +0300] E Tried to sync version /etc/cpanel/TIERS.json file but failed: httpupdate.cpanel.net did not have any working mirrors.
