Problem with WHM in Email Deliverability

Hello! Im new here, im working with Hostgator, having a Centos Dedicated.. Sice last week, my "email deliverability" is with this alert.. I contacted with the Tier Administrators of Hostgator, and they say that probably will be a "BUG" of the cPanel, but im still worry about that.. Is there anyone with the same problem that just resolved it? [Moderator note: removed screenshot with identifying information]

  Hello @shoshipy91 I have removed your screenshot as it exposed your domain name. However, I did notice the following errors in the Email Deliverability interface: "DNS query timeout!" "host.domain.tld does not resolve to any IP addresses" These errors mean that your domain's DNS is not configured properly and it is not resolving. The error messages are unlikely to be a bug related to cPanel. It would be advisable to check for DNS errors and resolve them prior to assuming there is a bug. Was Hostgator support able to verify that there are no DNS resolution errors, as reported on the Email Deliverability page, and share their troubleshooting results with you? Best regards

  Thanks for the support! Yes, I was told that it is probably a mistake, but I did not believe them ... So there a possibility of being a mistake, because I did not find errors in the pages that do email deliverability tests like dkims spf dmarc ... So there's so time to wait for that bug get fixed? Or i have to do anything?
