Transfer account from v86 to v88

Hello, I have a server with CentOS 6 that is stopped upating in cpanel v86 To do the upgrade, I buyed a new server that is already working and configured, and it has cpanel v88 Now, the Transfer Tool has a warning message about transfering between different versions. But, I can not actually update one neither downgrade the other. So the question is, there is any real possible problem if I transfer the accounts across this versions? Any advice will be welcomed.
