Problems with dispaly web site on mobile devices

Hello, I have a cPanel&WHM version v86.0.21. I have a user with his website. When we opened his website on Google Chrome, IE via dsl access internet it works. But when we look via mobile internet first page dispay blanc, it doesn"t work. Is problem with cPanel or user"s website? Every other user"s web sites work without any problem. Thank you!   Maybe the mobile internet IP is blocked by the site? Did you test it with PageSpeed Insights ? ... maybe the mobile version has a big issue.

  You also want to ensure that the mobile version is not giving errors - check the apache error log as well as the php specific error logs if enabled.

  You can check how the website is being displayed around the world by using the geopeeker.com website. Additionally, there are websites which will show you how the website will appear on a mobile, tablet, desktop and so on. Have a look at the Responsive Website Design Tester | Media Genesis website, too. We recently did some bug fixing for a client but the client insisted the bugs hadn't been fixed but it was a caching problem that wasn't resolved by cleaning the cache, even at our end. We installed BleachBit to clean the cache and the website displayed fine. I hope that helps!
