Please Help error mysql.sock

Please help after upgrade mariadb 10.3.23 and when open phpmyadmin, i got the error mysqli_connect(): (HY000/2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) finaly all website cannot connect database. For information, MariaDb Running ok noproblem

  What's the output you get when you restart MariaDB? /scripts/restartsrv_mysql
  What is output in the MariaDB error log?
