Hello, I took a look at the ticket you'd opened and it would appear that the issue was related to port 25 not being open. I wanted to also point out that you can have exim listen on 26 if your provider closes 25 - but it does appear that the end result of the ticket was that you would be contacting your provider for assistance.

Hello, I have continued with the review of this problem, my provider has enabled port 25, my emails are sent successfully and also return successfully, but in the WHM panel I still get these messages, I even did tests ocn https: // www .mail-tester.com and I have a score of 9 on my email server, any other ideas? Thanks

Hello! Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature and update us here with the ticket ID? That way I can update this thread with a solution.

Thanks, Oscar! Reviewing the ticket, it looks like you have domains that were using third-party nameservers and the SPF and DKIM records needed to be added to the correct DNS host. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
