Suddenly unable to send emails
Hi,
Suddenly stop sending emails and start having these errors in CPANEL: retry time not reached for any host for 'any_domain.com', someone could help me find the error, I have generated a ticket 93498586.
I have checked with my provider and no changes have been made.
I found this in the cpanel logs:

I have cleaned the exim db, restarted the services and the problem persists.
Any idea?

Hello, I took a look at the ticket you'd opened and it would appear that the issue was related to port 25 not being open. I wanted to also point out that you can have exim listen on 26 if your provider closes 25 - but it does appear that the end result of the ticket was that you would be contacting your provider for assistance. 0 -
Hello, I have continued with the review of this problem, my provider has enabled port 25, my emails are sent successfully and also return successfully, but in the WHM panel I still get these messages, I even did tests ocn https: // www .mail-tester.com and I have a score of 9 on my email server, any other ideas? Thanks, Oscar! Reviewing the ticket, it looks like you have domains that were using third-party nameservers and the SPF and DKIM records needed to be added to the correct DNS host. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! 0
