    Have you discussed with your provider whether or not you can even do this? A lot of home broadband providers won't allow this to be set up though yours may differ. None the less in most cases they will not delegate access for you to configure these are on your own. Not having valid PTR records will cause issues with mail SPF and DKIM aren't enough, unfortunately.

    Thank you, Lauren. I'm trying to reach someone who can discuss having a home server and Reverse DNS. Meanwhile, I am looking into whether it's possible to manage email via a regular Gmail account. Michael

    It might be tough to get your provider to get you to someone who is able to assist you since this isn't their primary objective in this circumstance. You could bypass all of this by going through something like Google's GSuite
