Can't access webmail on WHM / Cpanel

Please help, I have a problem when accessing webmail on my cpanel, with the domain: mydomain.com/webmail or mydomain.com:2095 or mydomain.com:2096 unable to open, and appears as shown below. and ends like the picture below I have already opened ports for 2095 and 2096, but it still remains like this. Please help.
