How to set default website for IP address

I found old posts and articles that cover a method of doing it, although it seems like this was before EasyApache 4 was available so the files and their structure are a bit different. For example: Does anyone know of an easy method to change what website a visitor would get directed to if they visit the server's IP address? Serving the content is fine, as would just setting up a redirect to a particular site.
