only access through the port

hi guys... i set a fire wall on port 2082,2083,2087 and .... in my server to access WHM and cpanel from specific IP but still cpanel.mywebsite.com is available in public is there any way to close all access to cpanel and whm but mangmanet ports like that i mention???
