/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl: No such file or directory

Hi guys, Somebody knows about this issue: centos OS 7 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl: No such file or directory
before, I just graced rebooted, but now my VPS is down,

  I've seen that /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/
  3rdparty file not exist,

  I also have the same problem. Out of nowhere the server stopped accessing the sites, and I can only access it via FTP or SSH. But I can't use any commands or create directories. /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/
  3rdparty file not exist
