how to disable open_basedir easyapache4 whm v78.0.49

Hello, I've already commented the Global php.ini open_basedir value, but I still getting this error PHP Warning: include(/home/dedicado/public_html/webib/pagina.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/saprop/public_html/pagina.php on line 4 what I'am missing?

  i"ve also set a pnp.ini in saprop account with open_basedir = "/home/saprop :/home/dedicado/public_html/webib:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp" but I cant get access from saprop account to dedicado how can I do this? thanks

  found it for anyone looking for whm to allow cross-account read on SuPHP systems with easyapache 4 Tweak Settings > Enable File Protect (OFF)
