Giving Administrative Privileges without losing security.

Hi, Sorry to bother you with something so minute. I actually have to give administrator privileges to some person for a month. I don't try trust the guy but I do have to give credentials. I am scared that he might remove my ID and Password out of Cpanel (he's on remote work with the team). Is there any way to add his user as admin without letting him delete my credentials.
