Can not access WHM Panel

Hi, I have an active cPanel subscription. And WHM & cPanel were set up properly as there are currently 3 websites on it. The issue is that I can not access whm via
Things i have done:

• restart the server
• restart cpanel
• netstat -lnp (2087 port not found)
• service stop iptables (Unit iptables.service not loaded)
• SELINUX disabled
• Ping IP address is OK

  I take it then you're able to access the server via SSH. Are you running a firewall of any sort? What is the output when you run the following: /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd --restart --hard

  There is something wrong with the input and output system. [QUOTE]Cpanel::Exception::IO::RenameError/(XID 6nxu6h) because of an error: Input/output error
  And the issue was fixed by during to file system check with fsck
