Issue with TMPWATCH

2 related questions: First one I keep getting emails daily that say /etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch: error: failed to unlink /tmp: p.pl Unsure what this error is. Also where do I set the email address that cron.daily is sending emails to? It keeps sending them to an email address that I didn't setup as the administrator email in WHM server config.
