    Do you have proper SPF, DKIM, RDNS setup on the domains and IP address? You can check this by logging in to cPanel and choose Email Deliverability option. Alternatively you can choose from cPanel certified sys admin here if you need professional help.

    Ensure you're creating the A record where DNS for the domain is managed, changes made on the server will not be recognized if the DNS is not hosted locally. Feel free to attach the error you're seeing to the thread as well for further information.
