OutGoing Emails are not working/Rejecting

Out going Emails are not working/Rejecting. But the same server was working fine from the last 3 years.   This issue is with the remote mail server as you can see from the error. The mail server of how.domain.com is not responding and not functioning hence the messages can't be delivered.

  I'd agree with @andrew.n if this is the only domain this occurs with. Is that indeed the case?
