Login problem with Pure-FTPD

Good afternoon, I hope I'm not wrong in the section. I have a problem when I want to access my ftp account. I have Pure-FTPD installed. Enter the records and I get the following error. Thanks for your time.

  Hi @martiin29, There' s no information about the error in your ticket. Please ensure the details that you are using are correct to connect via FTP and check your IP hasn't been blocked by the CSF firewall.
