PTR Record
Hi, im grace.
May i know what to do? After our host which is inmotionhosting setup a ptr, and even change it 3 times. All our outgoing email goes straight to spam folder, it could not send through for 3 weeks now.
So my question is, after inmotionhosting have done something for the PTR, is there anything still we must do from cpanel side?
Oh, by the way our Internet protocol version is 6, it's IPv6.
Please help us.

Hi Grace, Do you have a reseller hosting account? If so, the rDNS record for the shared server should be created by your web hosting provider. Even if's your own VPS, you may still need assistance from them. It is best to follow this up wtih them. 0 -
Grace, PTR alone is not enough. You should also need to setup proper SPF,DKIM records. Please go to your cPanel account and under Email Deliverability option check if those are setup correctly. 0
