CPANEL Access is forbidden to the requested page

Hello, When I access my site from my IP I encounter navigation problems with 403 errors and css that does not load. I thought it could come from our internal firewall but when it's disabled it's the same thing and the error message is returned by Cpanel. 403 Forbidden Please forward this error screen to ...FQDN... From any other network the website works fine. is it possible that Cpanel blocks me? If yes, how can I unblock myself? Thank you
