Connection timeout

Hello all, I have been facing this problem with my cpanel. when i create email and click on check email, it gives me a connection timeout. I have tried this on all email accounts but it doesnt open and always gives a connection timeout

  Are ports 2096 and 2095 open in your firewall? Is anything noted in the cPanel error logs when you attempt to access?

  I have checked and they are not opened
