License Expired, Missing functionality

Hello, My license expired last month so I purchased it and now I have missing functionality within WHM? I cannot create a new user/domain?

  When the license is expired, the following functions will not work. Account transactions. Automatic backup. Mail services. Transfer tools.

  A couple of questions need to be asked in that case: 1. Was the license updated when you renewed? You can confirm this by running: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
  2. Does this behavior persist when you are logged in as the root user rather than the reseller you're logged in as in the screenshot?
