Server experiencing high IO
How can I find out which services (Web, IMAP, POP3 that contributing to the high IO). I tried iotop, and it will show long list of:-
99.99 % php-cgi /home/user/public_html/index.php
99.99 % lsphp /home/user/public_html/index.php
Does that mean that only the website causing the high IO? how bout the Webmail, IMAP and other services' IO usage?

Generally speaking, troubleshooting high load including high IO wait is beyond what we're able to provide support for. There are good deal of instructional articles available with a quick search on troubleshooting high IO wait but if you're uncomfortable with that you should enlist the assistance of a qualified system administrator.
